Job Description

  • Assist and contribute in the set up of robust finance/accounting processes for businesses
  • Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems 
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
  • Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
  • Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Preparation of consolidation reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
  • Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
  • Make sure that clients comply with federal, state and local tax regulations
  • Advise management about the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws
  • Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work
  • Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Keep up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, participating in professional organizations, keeping up with professional networks and reading professional publications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting position. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation law
  • Excellent business partnering skill, stakeholder management
  • Detail oriented, good communication, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
